memang sdap sgt syima.. cannot tahan tadi.. hari ni rasanya 2-3 gelas jugak minum.. sebab ada mango lebam tadi.. kupas wat jus.. sedap sgt.. kalo ada lagi sekarang ni rasa cam nak minum lagi.. hehehe.. takpelah.. dah selamat pon masuk perut..  :erk: :erk: :erk:

miss kat ner nak beli beras rebus tu? beras perang? jenama ape? teringin nak makan nasik nie... adeh..

pastu brapa kalori aa beras yg baik-baik tu? aullea cari kalori x jumpa la.. :(

lea, hai.. hari ni gembira sgt sebab turun lagi 0.7kg.. mengamuk kot badan saya nih.. turun byk sekali gus.. hehe..  (L) (L) (L) (L)

beras perang tu byk jual kat supermarket biasa2 jer.. kalo beras rebus pernah tgk jual kat tesco.. tak pasti pulak berapa kalorinyer.. tapi yg pasti beras rebus lagi sedap dari beras perang.. cara masak pon kena rebus.. dia tak de karbo, boleh makan dgn suka hati.. hehe.. org india byk makan beras nih.. tak pon try lea tanya kat kedai2 runcit india, kdg2 ada jugak yg jual pakai timbang.. kalu nak try dulu kan baik beli sikit jer dulu..  o0 o0 o0

2 biji epal ijau - blend
green tea 1 cawan
oilve oil - 1 sudu

kat tadika tadi minum kopi dcl
hari ni masak nasi lemak kat kindy.. tapi tak terliur.. alhamdulillah.. hehe


lunch
baru jer minum jdm

dinner? - tak plan lagi..
rasanya nak makan tom yam .. dah lama tak makan..
tp tgk keadaan lah kalo sempat masak..
kalo tak makan jer apa yg ada..

baru pas makan ni.. lapor sgt td..

consider dinner ke ? padahal baru pkul 5 lebih.. hehehe..

makan.. mihun sup - 1 mangkuk kecik
otak2 - 3 keping / bungkus
mango - 3 slices
green tea
minyak zaitun - 1 sudu
pulut kuning - beberapa suap
kacang menglembu - 2 genggam

ni dah tersadai kekenyangngan.. hehe .. alhamdulillah..

td g tgk tv jap, pastu sambil tgk tv, tak sedar makan pisang goreng 2 ketul n otak2 lagi seketul..

huhu... bahaya betul tgk tv nih.. tgk tv jer makan.. kalo tgk pc tak makan lak.. tapi minum air byk. tak larat nak g toilet.. hehehe..

lea.. saya pun tak tau sgt pasal olive oil nih.. tapi memalui pencarian kat intenet.. ni lah hasilnyer..

extra virgin olive oil

All olive oils that are less than 1% acidity and produced by the first pressing of the olive fruit through the cold pressing process is called extra-virgin olive oil. Extra virgin olive oil is one of the few oils that can be eaten without chemical processing.


pd pendapat saya kan lea, pure olive oil still ok.. but extra virgin lagi bagus..
nak share a few benefits of extra virgin olive oil nih..

1. the olive oil helps the normal function of the digestive system reducing to minimum the chances of ulcer creation and the other relative diseases, not to mention that is the best natural medicament for the fight against constipation

2. olive oil juga bantu sustain metabolisme rate, body's growth n bone's growth

3. bantu sustain level vitamin e dalam badan . vitamin e bagus utk prevent aging n tingkatkan sexual life..

4. the unique property of olive oil to dissolve useful substances coming from food that cannot be absorbed by the human body.

jadi, gunalah olive oil dalam makanan kita, samada dalam salad, buat perap ayam, goreng benda kecik2 such as sosej @ roti, buat apa2 sajer.. nak guna wat goreng keropok pon boleh cuma kena guna byk.. hehe... kalau saya kalau nak guna byk cthnyer nak goreng ayam, guna minyak sayuran yg lain spt mazola ker, minyak canola ker, ..kalau tgk dalam channel afc, most of the chefs memang guna olive oil.. so selamat berdiet semua..

lunch
kuew tiau kung fu - sikit jer..
bubur ca ca
teh o ais
macau egg tart - beli kat baker's cottage... maveles.. 
maruku - menguyah sambil drive
kacang -  sama jugak

dinner
x tau lagi.. lapor nih..
hari ni tak makan jdm..
sebab dah tahu nak kantoi.. sebab nak kuar tghari td..

rasa cam byk jer makan hari ni.. huhu

semalam gi wat treatment @ Mayf***, menghabiskan saki baki treatment yg dah bertahun tertangguh.. try mesin baru nama slim master.. sakit sgt my tummy guna mesin tuh.. huhu.. tapi pagi ni timbang % fat ada kurang 10% .. hehehe.. berat maintain... hehehe

ooOOOooo...aullea tahu slimming centre tu.. mcm raja azura je duta tempat tu dulu..

ptg tadi ratah tempe goreng jer, ngan ikan goreng cicah sambal.. itu jer lauk yg ada.. hehe.. pastu dlm kul 9 tu makan burger separuh.. huhu..

terliur sgt padahal dah kenyang.. tak makan pon tak per.. tapi dah nafsu bermaharajalela..  >:D >:D >:D hehe..

tapi lepas makan burger tuh minum teh org kg + perahan limau nipis. nak coverlah kononnyer tuh.. hopefully esok berat tak naik..  esok cuti.. seharian di rumah ni.. risau. risau.. takut tak leh lawan nafsu makan.. huhu..

belum satu pusingan, dah terjatuh.. sampai koyak seluar, berdarah lutut.. huhu..
mesti ada kebaikan nak berlaku hari ni.. aminnnn..  :angel: :angel:

hari ni timbang, berat still maintain, % body fat maintain turun 10% since wat slim master.. hehe.. heran jugak.. betul ker sebab mesin tu?  ::) ::)

masa jatuh tu belum lari lagi.. baru jalan2 jer.. tapi dah nak jatuh, nak wat camna..
workout skang ni slow sket lah.. dah tak join kelas erobik sebab skang start treatment balik ngan satu slimming center nih.. habiskan balance treatment yg lama.. dia tak bg erobik, sebab takut fat jadi keras, susah nak kurus.. huhu.. tapi kalo tak workout rasa cam diri tak sihat jer.. ntah lah.. sebab tak kuar peluh.. thats why saya still gak pergi jogging..  ;D ;D

update menu lunch

lunch - kul 1.30
roti + chilli tuna ( 1 keping )

pastu lapar lagi..

3.30 - makan burger separuh.. balance yg semalam

dinner

7.00 - makan yong tau fu 1 mangkuk

kalau lapar pasni maybe minum milo kosong / susu low fat

tak lupa minum green tea n olive oil..  o0 o0 o0

these few days  penimbang tu cam dengki jer.. berat either tak turun or naik.. hampeh sesangat.. boleh buat rasa down giler.. huhu..  :'( :'( :'( :'(

mungkin sebab tak exercise.. diet pon on n off jer walaupun tak makan nasi..

pg ni baca paper.. melly goeslow turun 12kg in 2 months.. jeles nyer.. tapi dia ada personal trainer lah kan..

padahal baru jer baca pasal melly tapi tak insaf2 lagi.. nih tgh minum jus alpokat yg kaya dgn susu lemak manis sambil online..  :'( :'( :'(

tapi peratus lemak still maintain .. hehe.. heran tapi kalu tak kontrol boleh naik balik..

fara.. 0.6kg? tak kiralah air ker.. lemak.. yg penting turun.. hehehe..

yan.. mana semangat tu eh? hehe.. rasanya dah jumpa kot hari nih.. jumpa kat giant tadi sebab beli tali skipping baru.. hehe.. harga RM9.90 jer..

petang ni wat skipping 500x ++ .. nak tebus balik setelah beberapa hari tidak exercise.. n tebus balik apa yg makan tghari tadi..

makan apa?

nasi kerabu.. ada jiran wat kenduri.. huhu tapi memang best ah.. siap ada budu lagi.. solok lada.. mmuuaaahhh.. tak nyesal makan.. hehe..

nanti nak tgk esok penimbang cakap turun atau maintain..

wah dh beli tali skipping yea...yan punya tali skipping RM 2.00 aje..hehehe kebetulan kt rumah dulu ada kedai RM2. so beli situ je. tp bab skipping tu yg lemah...xleh skipping time anak2 jaga klu tak abis diorg main2 aje tali tu..huhuhu

yan.. saya pon ada gak tali skipping yg rm2 tu.. tapi yg rm9.90 nih lebih best skit jer lah kalu wat skipping sebab tali dia tak attached ngan handle.. boleh pusing2 senang sikit.. kalu yg rm2 tu tali dia bersambung ngan handle.. tak kisah lah rm9.90 ke, rm 2 ke.. kalo wat perhiasan jer tak de maknanyer.. hehe.. hari nih rasanyer cam nak wat lagi skipping.. harapnyer bersemangat sampai ke petang.. hehe

gi giant semalam pon tgk twister.. cam best jer nak guna.. boleh twist bdn.. tapi tak de stok.. efektif tak benda tu eh? boleh kuar peluh ke?  :-\ :-\

kak atie.. hari nih tak timbang lor.. takut.. seram nak naik penimbang sebab semalam kul 9 makan bihun sup + cereal.. huhu.. lapar sgt pas wat exercise.. n tak dapat nak kawal nafsu.. huhu  :crazy: :crazy:

mawar berduri... diet.. ok lah jugak.. hari nih tak diet jdm tapi diet suka hati jer.. lately mcm tak seleralah plak nak minum jdm.. hari ni makan nasi sikit jer.. dgn lauk peria n ayam rendang.. wah.. cam meriahkan.. hehe.. tapi seimbangkan dgn exercise n minum teh hijau n olive oil..
