salam...hari ni purnama meroyan sikit..so boleh ler nak update menu hari ni

pagi - 3 gelas air suam2 kuku
- limau + madu -

sarapan - tea kurang gula extra limau - kes sakit tekak
- buah lai 2 potong
- salad mentah
- nasi goreng suku pinggan + 2 ketul sosej
- SIY

break - buah apple 1 biji
koko tanpa gula

air suam setakat jam 11 ni dah dapat 2.5 litter

tengah hari - apple sebiji
- nasi suku - sayur 3 jenis + ikan
- air suam

break - plan nak makan salad + tomato letak black paper sikit (L)

dinner - plan nak makan tomyam campur without rice

susu rendah lemak

SIY MALAM...

excercise

dah buat - gym + steam 1-1/2 jam - jam 7 pagi td

ptg - nak g window shopping di seremban, insyaallah

berat terkini - 73kg... ticker skrg payah nau nak edit... naik malas dah....skrg ni entah nape.. tak friendly user pula... haizz :knuppel2:

salam semua.... semalam dan hari ni purnama tak ambil SIY... sakit tekak makin menjadi2...jd purnama decide utk stop siy sementara... suara dah hilang totally...so sesiap yang call purnama... purnama minta maaf... kengkawan boleh sms purnama kalau nak borak2 dgn purnama.. bukan tak sudi.. takut kengkawan semua pengsan dgr suara purnama yang mengalahkan itik angsa panggil anaknya pulang di senja hari... :'( :'( :'(

menu purnama semalam

3 gelas air suam
1 gelas susu rendah lemak
nasi dagang 3 sudu + ikan tongkol - kuahnya tak ambil

break- buah apple sebiji
air suam2 kuku

lunch - nasi bubur... (tahap mmg tak boleh telan benda keras dah ni) :'(

break - betik 2 potong
- tea o limau suam

dinner - sup sayur....(lauk pauk mmg tak leh ambil langsung... perit tekak ni) :'(
- susu rendah lemak


menu hari ni

3 gelas air suam2 kuku
2 biji telur separuh masak
air assam jawa

break - betik 2 potong

lunch - belum tahu... rasanya ayahnda ajak g makan nasi bubur lagi...huhuhuhu..tak suka... tak suka... tp apakan daya...tekak mmg tak dapat menelan even air suam :'(

purnama, dah g check ngan doc? pegi la jumpa doc amik ubat supaya cpt sembuh. masih teringat waktu che yong cekik tulang n sambung ngan ulser yang truk kat tekak dl. mmg tak blh nak telan even air suam. perit. menetes air mata.. :'(

tp jumpa doc, dia bg antibiotic, 3 hari kemudian ..lega...

kalau dah g klinik bagus la.. but bykkan rehat n kurangkan brcakap.. kasik dia rehat sket...minum jgk air kosong manyak2.

semoga cepat sihat. blh pot pet blk.. ;)

terus merayau di mahkota parade melaka sampai semula di kl jam11.30 malam :lol:

menu ahad

lunch - mee kari 1 mangkuk (L)

break - teo o limau suap tiada gula

dinner - salad taj mahal... :lol: macam hampeh jerk nama salad tu :lol:

ahad den OFF diet... siy selasa br start balik...tekak lum selesa..masih bersuara itik angsa.. :'(

salam sis.... time period adalah time yang kurang sesuai utk kita timbang berat badan.

teruskan berdiet...yg penting time period ambillah lebih sedikit air suam supaya period berjalan dgn lancar..insyaaalah... pasti akan turun berat badan. 1 lagi... selang 2 minggu... ubahlah sedikit menu makanan supaya badan cepat memberi tindakbalas terhadap makanan yg masuk ke dalam badan.

update menu ari ni

sarapan - 2 keping biskut + tea o limau kurang manis
- SIY

break - tauhu goreng 1 ketul.... cicah sos cili :lol:

jam 12-2pm - workout kat gym
- cycling - 25mnt
- treadmil - 25mnt
- crosswalk - 20mnt
- rowing - 25 mnt
- steam -25mnt
- sauna -25 mnt

lunch - jam 2pm - nasi suku, sayur kacang buncis 1 mangkuk + ikan rebus + kicap sikit

break - koko panas

dinner- hari ni ada dinner dgn kengkawan opis.. adeh.... mati lah haku...sure hancus diet mlm nih :'(

notes: semalam g gym dr jam 7.30pm - 10.30pm
- cyling - 20mnt
- bodystep - 45mnts
- sauna - 20mnt
- steam - 15mnt

hai purnama...bestnya tengok your exercise regime..gym dekat ngan ofis ye..siap sauna and steam lagi...mesti kulit pun cantik.

salam rozz... ya...gym dekat dgn opis...itu pun mals juga nak pergi...selalu ingatkan diri.. dah bayar mahal2... makan pula SIY... jd kena lah paksakan diri juga.... :knuppel2:

erm.. sy br ja masuk sauna / steam ni.... tp nampak lah juga improvement pd kulit ni...kalau nak banding dgn dulu... (L)

air - suam

dinner - coslow - buat sdiri

excercise - plan nak pegi gym lagi...jap g ler...dlm jam 8 insyaallah
