salam,
so start thread yang baru..since Sunday berat sudah turun 2 kg....so bila guna thread baru...orang tak kan confuse...kena ada 2 ticker...ticker pertama tu untuk Princess Diary Diet...yang ticker ke 2 untuk Princess Diary Diet 2...



saturday

sup.mbbs.. then bubur nasi - dengan ikan goreng separuh dan sayur goreng

lunch seperti di atas dan cake chiffon


dinner pun sama....cuma add keropok dan apam balik

sebelum tidur supp.mbbs


sunday
masad cafe..

lunch
bubur nasi dengan telur masin sebiji

malam..
bubur nasi 3 sudu..dan ikan goreng secubit

dan berapa keropok dan kuih

hmm naik dalam 2 kg aje dalam tempoh 2 bulan...yang berbeza tu pasal penimbang frog...sekarang guna penimbang digital...sekarang kalau pakai penimbang biasa...dah 56kg dah...digital 59kg....(ticker ke-2)

Sama la Frog ni, masa mula2 diet guna mekatronik scale tu berat dalam 100.5kg. Tapi sekarang guna digital scale berat 88kg, tapi tadi timbang kat mekatronik scale lama tu dia jadi 86kg ke 87.5kg. ;D Kalau menyendeng berat jadi lain, menegak jadi lain, mengangkat 2 tangan jadi lain geram la. :potpet: Frog rasa awal diet dulu berat lebih dari 100.5kg, tapi x pe la setakat beza 1-2kg je.

ini resipinya ya..


Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sugar
2 to 3 teaspoons HERSHEY'S Cocoa
Dash salt
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


Directions:
Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in large mug. Heat milk in microwave at HIGH (100%) 1-1/2 minutes or until hot. Gradually add hot milk to cocoa mixture in mug, stirring until well blended. Stir in vanilla. 1 serving.


VARIATIONS:

Rich and Adult: Increase cocoa to 2 tablespoons; follow recipe above.

Lower Fat: Use nonfat milk; follow recipe above.

Sugar Free: Omit sugar. Combine cocoa and salt. Proceed as above, using nonfat milk. Stir in vanilla and sugar substitute with sweetening equivalence of 2 tablespoons sugar

You need to cut calories to lose weight, but it's important not to overdo it. Going too low delivers a double whammy to your metabolism. It also begins to break down precious, calorie-burning muscle tissue for energy, says Benardot.

"Eat just enough so you're not hungry—a 150-calorie snack midmorning and midafternoon between three meals (about 430 calories each) will keep your metabolism humming."

Sama la, tadi pagi saja timbang kat penimbang lama scale biasa masa mula2 start diet tu. Ada ke dia timbang 85.5kg. :lol: Padahal sebelum tu masa timbang kat digital scale 88.5kg tepat, x puas hati timbang lagi tunjuk plak 86kg. :erk: Kalau x de digital scale dah la melompat Frog ni kegumbiraaan, ntah2 hari ni dah makan cheese cake meraikan angka 85kg tu. :lol:

alhamdulilah penimbang digital naik banyak kali pun sama je angka tu...kalau yang scale tu ..kalau ada beza setakat 05 gram...tapi ada beza antara scale dan penimbang tu dalam 3 kg gitu

boleh makan nasi...pilih Faiza Herbaponi atau brown rice..lebih baik..beras biasa ni polish rice pasal tu warna putih...ada chemical digunakan untuk bleeching...so lama kelamaan effected buah pinggang...selalunya berakhir dengan kencing manis.

la...camtu ke? yang saya tau produk pakai bleeching ni tepung,gula dan garam saja...xtau beras pun kena bleech gak... :erk:

Tanda-tanda seseorang
itu banyak toksin
seseorang yang mempunyai toksin berlebihan dalam badan akan berasa letih tanpa sebarang sebab, susah bangun tidur dan bahagian keliling mata gelap.
Bahagian-bahagian tertentu di permukaan kulit seperti di bahagian bawah lengah, celah paha dan sebagainya juga akan kelihatan gelap daripada warna asal kulit.
“Banyak angin, alahan, inflamasi pada sendi, sinus, berat badan meningkat, kehadiran selulit, masalah jerawat dan banyak lagi. Semua ini adalah tanda-tanda bahawa tubuh perlu menjalani proses nyah toksin bagi membersihkan ruang yang tersumbat.
“Detox umpama ‘agen’ pencuci yang ‘mengikis’ dinding usus yang terlekat dengan sisa buangan yang tidak pernah dibuang dalam tempoh yang sepatutnya.”
Toksin berlebihan mempengaruhi emosi,
terdapat kajian yang menunjukkan bahawa jika seseorang mengalami toksin berlebihan dalam badan ia bukan hanya melibatkan fungsi anatomi tubuh tetapi emosi juga.
“Kita mungkin pernah terserempak atau melihat seseorang yang terlalu curiga dengan kebersihan. Contohnya, jika individu tersebut telah membasuh tangan, kemudian dia tersentuh sesuatu yang kita nampak bersih tapi tidak padanya dan dia cepat-cepat mencuci semula tangannya.
“Ini adalah salah satu simptom yang mengaitkan dengan toksin berlebihan dalam tubuh individu tersebut.
“Selain itu, individu yang kerap marah-marah, emosional dan sering tidak tenang, antara lain juga disebabkan oleh kandungan toksin yang berlebihan dalam tubuh.
“ Ini kerana lymphatic system (sistem limfa) jika tidak berfungsi sepatutnya menjadikan seseorang tidak boleh duduk diam, degil, tidak yakin dengan kebersihan dan kelam kabut,antara cara lain yang popular digunakan untuk membuang toksin ialah diet jus dan diet air. Tetapi ada juga yang memilih cara yang lebih ekstrem iaitu melalui proses yang dinamakan colonic irrigation atau mencuci usus.
Cara ini dibuat dengan memasukkan tiub ke dalam usus dan menyedut kotoran yang ada di dalamnya.
“Cara ini agak mahal dan hanya boleh dilakukan oleh pengamal perubatan yang diiktiraf,”

kepentingan fibre ( buahan2 dan sayur2an)

Kita semua tahu bahawa sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan sememangnya mempunyai banyak manfaat terhadap kesihatan tubuh badan. Namun, berapa ramai daripada kita yang mengamalkan pengambilan dua bahan ini dalam pemakanan seharian malah ada juga yang tidak menyentuhnya langsung. Alasannya, sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan ‘tiada rasa’ berbanding hidangan lain seperti nasi, daging, ayam dan makanan laut.

Biarpun berkali-kali maklumat mengenai khasiat buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran didedahkan, kesedaran tentangnya masih rendah di kalangan masyarakat kita.

Puncanya mungkin daripada amalan pemakanan kita yang sekian lama kurang menitikberatkan pengambilan dua bahan ini. Menjadikan kita lebih selesa dengan ‘piramid’ makanan rekaan sendiri dan meminggirkan saranan oleh mereka yang pakar.

“Secara asasnya saya percaya kebanyakan penyakit berpunca daripada sel yang berfungsi secara tidak sempurna, disebabkan kekurangan nutrisi seperti vitamin, mineral, asid amino, asid lemak dan fitonutrien, sejenis bahan yang terkandung dalam buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran.

“Ini ditambah pula dengan keracunan bahan kimia dan metal yang mempengaruhi aktiviti enzim seterusnya menjejaskan fungsi sel,” kata pakar perubatan dan Pengarah Pusat Perubatan Pencegah Marin, California, Dr. Elson Haas.

Beliau berkata demikian dalam satu bengkel kempen hidup sihat anjuran Elken Sdn. Bhd. di Kuala Lumpur, baru-baru ini yang turut memperkenalkan produk Fitorac, keluaran syarikat tersebut.

Dr. Haas yang menjurus kepada kepakaran perubatan nutrisi dan keluarga, serta detoksifikasi dan program kesihatan individu berkata, berdasarkan fakta rakyat Malaysia sememangnya tidak mengambil hidangan buah-

buahan segar dan sayur-sayuran yang betul iaitu antara tujuh hingga sembilan hidangan setiap hari terutama sayuran hijau.

Katanya, menurut laporan Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia (WHO) pada 2003 menunjukkan secara purata 88.3 peratus rakyat Malaysia mengambil kurang daripada saranan harian pengambilan sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan.

Peratusan ini sangatlah rendah berbanding saranan Institut Kanser Kebangsaan yang mencadangkan pengambilannya sebanyak tujuh hingga 12 hidangan setiap hari bagi mengelak masalah kesihatan kronik.

Statistik daripada Kementerian Kesihatan pula menyatakan satu daripada empat rakyat Malaysia berisiko mendapat kanser dan perkara ini disebabkan kekurangan pengambilan sayur dan buah dalam diet mereka.

Kata Dr. Haas yang pernah menulis tujuh buah buku mengenai kesihatan dan nutrisi, fitonutrien yang terkandung dalam buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran terkenal kerana keupayaannya menggalakkan liang-liang kesihatan.

Ia mengandungi bahan antioksidan kuat yang berkesan dalam menyeimbangkan radikal bebas, menggalakkan fungsi sel imunisasi dan menyuburkan pemulihan liang-liang rongga.

“Jika kita menyeimbangkan sel dalam badan dengan mengambil makanan seperti apa yang badan perlukan, ia dapat mengelak toksin sebanyak yang mungkin. Bukankah ia mudah?” soalnya.

Menurut beliau lagi, yang menjadi masalah di kebanyakan tempat ialah sikap individu yang gemar mengambil satu atau lebih bahagian gula, nikotin, alkohol, kafein dan bahan kimia dalam pengambilan makanan harian mereka.

Seperti di Asia katanya, masyarakat di sini terlalu gemar kepada makanan dan minuman yang diproses.

“Saya bersenam dan mencari makanan terbaik untuk menyeimbangkan kesihatan tubuh badan.

``Pengambilan makanan tidak seimbang menyekat fungsi badan normal. Cara kita memasak makanan juga menyebabkan bahan berkhasiat yang terkandung di dalamnya hilang,” ujarnya.

Beliau menyarankan buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran dimakan mentah atau dibuat salad dan juga boleh dimasak dengan cara stim, panggang, rebus tetapi jangan terlebih masak.

Jelas Dr. Haas lagi, pengambilan buah-buahan dan sayuran yang secukupnya mengurangkan risiko berkaitan kanser termasuk menghalang sesetengah jenis kanser, penyakit kardiovaskular, diabetes dan lain-lain penyakit kronik.

“Kita perlu memastikan pengambilan sayur dan buah datangnya daripada lima jenis kumpulan warna berlainan iaitu merah, kuning-jingga, putih, hijau dan biru-ungu,” saran Dr. Haas.

Fitonutrien berlainan katanya mempunyai fungsi pengoksidaan berbeza dalam sel kita, di mana lebih warna yang diambil, lagi tinggi tahap perlindungan yang kita peroleh.

Jelas beliau, mengambil makanan yang kaya antioksidan memang baik untuk kesihatan. Namun, bagaimana kita menyukat kadar antioksidan yang terkandung dalam makanan?

“Kapasiti Penyerapan Radikal Oksigen (ORAC) boleh menyukat kebolehan makanan untuk melawan radikal bebas. Kajian menunjukkan memakan makanan yang tinggi kandungan ORAC boleh meningkatkan kuasa antioksidan dalam darah manusia sebanyak 10 hingga 25 peratus,” tambah beliau.

Sebagai penggantian kepada pengambilan sayur dan buah yang secukupnya, beliau turut menyarankan pengambilan suplemen yang mengandungi bahan fitonutrien yang terdapat di pasaran.


contoh fitonutrien ialah brokoli..kena amik 60-70 gram per day...

macam mana progress penurunan berat ? Berat terkini saaya 56.5kg. Dulu liat aja nak turun, sekarang seminggu turun dalam 300-500gram. Dah terasa macam anorexia pula. Tapi saya cuma akan diet sampai hujun bulan Julai aja. Lepas tu naikkan berat balik sampai BMI 24 baru senang nak maintain

salam...hmm sekarang ni stagnant lagik...perhaps..bila dah sampai normal BMI memang payah gituh...inchi loss ada...dan kesihatan bertambah baik...kebas2 dah kurang sangat...


tahniah atas penurunan berat badan tuu..kena kata macam aneroxia? :o
