Try buat squat chikin.....leh kempiskan perut ngan mantapkan betis sekali...

Buat cam ketuk ketampi...tgn kt pinggang...lps tu bgn.....duduk...buat la sebanyak mn yg mampu...bunyi cam senag...tp mula2 buat skt gak urat peha ngan perut....hehehe

Satu lagi...lina suka buat senaman kayuh basikal....bkn basikal betul...olok2 jer...lina baring terlentang....angkt 2 belah kaki....lps tu buat la cam kayuh basikal...hehehe

ikin selalu wat sit up...tapi tak la banyak sangt sebelum tido 50..bangun tido 50..angkat peha  kiri kanan 20 kali

tak ada senaman kecilkan paha tapi ada senaman untuk improvekan shape peha. supaya lemak2 hilang, dan kekal pada tempat yang sepatutnya

my recomendation

lunges, jalan atas bukit, squat, .. buat leg extension, calves extension,

paling penting u buat senaman dengan gerak langkah yang betul :) i dulu buat squating bangga sangat dapat buat 100. pastu trainer i cakap.. ok .. u buat cam ni cam ni.. .. pastu i buat 10 pun tak boleh .. heheh rupanya i buat salah dulu kekekeke pastu tak brapa nak menjadi..

hehehe..mas, kak yan selalu buat sauna je, klu workout nie kak yan liat sikit. biasa klu buat senaman peha pun kak yan buat squat...tp sakit sikit arrr mula2 buat tu..lama2 oklah jd syiok coz buat tu sambil leh fokus dpn TV..hahhaa

lg senang search kat youtube pasal senaman cardio dan body tone abs..

cume peha yg mgeleber dulu dah tight..otot2 dh gantikn lemak2..

senaman plg mujarab n berkesan.. buat lunge n squad.. susah n explain kt sini.. try cari kr tenet gmbr2 senaman tu.. hihi.. tp hati2.. kalau buat dgn perlahan, peha bule besar.. so, buat dgn cpt.. tp x la cpt sgt.. nnti crem plak plak peha..

hari ni my trainer ajar senaman yang macam w.a.i bagi tu. yup, sangat penat. u could feel the tense bhgn peha yang teramat sgt. insyaallah berkesan. but like mine, cara squat tu sama cuma bila kita tegakkan badan (dlm posisi berdiri) kaki kita diangkat 90darjah ke kanan dan kiri secara berselang-seli. buat 1 minit, rehat 30saat n sambung lg smpai complete 3set. try la ^^ kaki tu angkat straight, bukan tendang k. means masa angkat kaki 90degree tu kaki u kena straight lah ^^
