How to Burn Calories Without Exercise  o0 o0

To lose weight, a person must burn more calories than he or she consumes, but this isn't done only through exercise. Calories are burned while doing housework, reading and even sleeping, and the amount of calories burned during everyday activities can be increased if you know how.


1-Go to bed hungry. Instead of eating a late dinner or having a snack before bed, retire on an empty stomach. Your body has to burn some calories even while you're sleeping, and if there isn't any food in your stomach when you go to sleep, you'll wake up a little less fat than when you went to bed.

-Drink ice water. You'll have to burn some calories to heat the cold water to body temperature. If you drink 8 glasses of ice water a day, you'll burn about 70 calories.

-Fidget. Tapping your toes, drumming your fingers, doodling and even chewing gum all burn some calories. Ignore the advice of your parents and teachers, who wanted you to learn to sit still.

-Laugh. You'll burn 20 percent more calories watching a funny movie than you would if you watched a drama. You can also watch comedies on TV, see comics perform live and read funny stories.

-Eat spicy foods. Spices like cayenne pepper, cumin and curry have been shown to increase your metabolism for a few minutes after eating them, burning a few more calories than after eating bland foods.

-Add protein, especially dairy foods, to your diet. This will keep your body from breaking down your muscles for the protein it needs, and the more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn.

dinner awal kol 6 ke..supaya malam nak tdo perut kosong..kalori dibakar masa tdo..sbb tu the best time nk timbang weight seawal pagi..

mama dah baca beribu ribu tips diet, bukan semua sesuai utk kita..kena trial and error..ikut keserasian..mcm produk diet jugak lah..ada orang ambik boleh kurus, kita ambik makin naik pulak.. ;D

ni tengah gelak ni.. harap2 terbakar la 1 kcal.. :lol:

xtau la pulak gelak lepas mkn leh jd gemuk..1st time dgr.. ;D

tapi yang tdo awal dlm perut kosong tu mcm betul je..

esok pepagi rasa mcm dah hilang 200-300gram je kan kalau time berdiet..
ker perasaan je...byk sgt mainan psikologi masa berdiet ni kan..hehe.. :erk:

ada yg kata snacking before bed pon bagus..
yg ni kata go to bed hungry..

aullea konpius la pulak..

bab chewing gum tu..aullea did try jugak tapi xmenjadi... x leh jd rutin..huhu

if you lapar masa nak tido, maknanya you are doing something wrong.

kalu boleh biar kenyang tapi bukan sengkak.. sebab masa tido , badan kita buang otot.. so kita kena simpan sikit otot.. ni penting untuk long term dieter.. sebab banyak fat nak dibuang, muscle2 skali di buang...

kalu boleh snacking simple..

mine .. susu..susu ada casein, dier tolong bagi makanan kat otot slow2.. supaya otot tak self sacrifice..

salam..sy org baru kt cni..bru start diet 19 okt aritu..stakat ni dah turun 3kg..tget nak turun smpi 50 kg..spjg diet sy mmg jga btol kalori yg sy amik..tpi nak burn cal cpt mmg kene xcercise..xleh nak wat per daaa..

tips tu, ntah la.

1. psl tdo dgn perut kosong tu, ada betul kot. sebab digalakkan jgn ambil
makanan sekurang2nya 4 jam sblm tdo. tapi kalau dah kosong sgt,
xmenyebabkan gastrik ke nanti?

2. yang ni xpasti. sy dulu2 ni atlet gak la. tips yg atlet2 slalu kongsi, slh
satu ialah jgn byk minum air sejuk, nnti gemuk. so skg dh konfius gk la.

3. yg ni ada betul gak. setiap aktiviti yg menggunakan otot kita bekerja,
boleh membakar kalori. xtau brapa byk. tp klu asyik kunyah chewing
gum, bukan besa rsa kering ke? mksdnya kandungan air dlm badan akan
berkurangan?

4. ni yg best. mmg sy suka sgt mkn pedas. lg pedas lg bgs. tp makanan
pedas ni besanya kalori tinggi. btul ke?

5. yg ni btul la kot. badan kita mmg terdiri drpd protein. tapi tgk suma
makanan yg tinggi protein, slalu tinggi kalori, tinggi karbohidrat, tinggi
kandungan gula.

kalau ada sape2 boleh beri tunjuk ajar.

i makan 2 hrs before sleep, light meal..before sleep mmg i akan minum susu atau cream

dah beratus buku fitness i baca, diorang kata semua tu hoax jer.

oh my god~ macam tu skali ker.. are you having eating disorder? asal nak berkurangan plak? kalau berkurangan minum jer la air? ::)

haha. mana ada.. u try la kira kat nutritiondata .. makanan tu jadi kalori tinggi bila u makan lebih jer.. lain ler lauk u berminyak2..makan nasik 3 barrel..

ayam mana ada gula..ayam zero carb.. susu ada carbo sikit jer..tu pun dari laktosa.. kalau terlampau risau cam tu hilang ler nikmat makan....

saja nk kepastian. kadang2 ada orang yang tulis ikut suka je. pasal air sejuk tu, betul la xmenggemukkan kn? sebab tu pelik bila orang kata boleh menggemukkan. sebab dari kecik sampai sekarang, xsuka minum panas. suma pun sejuk.
